The Petition for Rehabilitation was filed with the Dane County Circuit Court. Pursuant to a standing order of the Dane County Circuit Court relating to proceedings under Wisconsin insurance law, the case was immediately assigned to the Honorable William D. Johnston of the Lafayette County Circuit Court. Over the past two decades, Judge Johnston has presided over multiple insurance delinquency proceedings.
