Search the FAQ for entries containing:The court will set a hearing on confirmation of the Plan. At that hearing, the court will decide whether to confirm the Plan. If the Plan is confirmed, and certain other conditions of the Plan are met, the Rehabilitator and Ambac can begin distributing cash and surplus notes to the holders of valid policy claims.
As soon as the confirmation hearing date is set by the Dane County Circuit Court, a notice of the hearing will be posted on this Website.
